Minor car repairs or on-site assistance

Roadside assistance:

 If you are unable to continue your journey, the technical support staff member will arrive and carry out minor repairs or provide on-site assistance (engine start-up, spare-tyre change, fuel delivery, emergency door opening, delivery of a spare set of keys). If the technical support staff determines that the Car cannot continue the journey and the reasons cannot be eliminated on site, the Car will be transported to the nearest repair shop or other place desired by the driver.
